New Red Fire is a gorgeous loose leaf lettuce type with great disease resistance. The big loose heads are multi-colored, green at the base shifting to red at the ruffled outer edges of the leaves. This beautiful fiery red lettuce lasts longer into the summer before bolting than other red varieties. We love mixing red leaf varieties into our green-heavy salads!
