Native Perennial.  

This gorgeous wildflower is one of our new favorites! Its upright habit can provide a lovely contrast to more bushy plants in a garden.  We are in love with the blue-violet flower spikes it produces.  As with all of our native perennials, it is beloved by pollinators, and when the flowers move into their seed stage, they provide food for small mammals.
