Cabbage: Caraflex - NEW!

We recently had a dish with caraflex cabbage at Woods Hill Table in Concord and fell in love with it! It was crisp and sweet and not at all bitter. These uniquely shaped heads will be sure to turn your neighbors heads as they pass by your garden plot! High Mowing Seeds says that this cabbage is "prized for its unusual cone-shaped heads and thin, sweet leaves that are delicious eaten raw or in stir-fries, slaws or egg rolls. Extremely uniform with good wrapper leaves for insect and sun protection." We are very excited to add this to our summer dining table!
