Kohlrabi: Purple: Azur Star - NEW!

Azur Start is replacing Kohlribi purple kohlrabi this year. It is slower to bolt, very juicy and is quite beautiful to behold with it's purple skin and blue-green foliage. We enjoy shredding it for a slaw/salad. AND- kohlrabi stores really well, so you do not have to use it right away.
