Harvest “small” at 8-12” for a tender, sweet-nutty squash taste - eat the smaller size raw, steamed, or grilled. Harvesting the larger fruits? Try baking it as you would a winter squash. This plant requires extra time, effort and space to grow, so it is offered in the 1 plant per 4-inch pot size.
